Maintenance of an Existing Court:
Properly Maintaining your All Weather Tennis And/Or Basketball Court includes the following:
  • Pressure Washing Once A Year.
  • Greasing of Net Post Cranks and Adjusting Net Height.
  • Checking for Cracks, Surface Imperfections and Settling.
We recommend that your “All Weather” court be professionally pressure washed once a year. It is common to recoat your “All Weather” court every 5 years. Maintaining your court and servicing it once a year will not only increase the longevity of your court, but will make it look and play like the court was originally designed to.

We also service “Har Tru” courts and maintain them on a yearly basis. As we all know, “Har Tru” courts must be top dressed once a year and new lines must be installed at the same time. To learn more about our “Har Tru” services, please contact us for additional information and pricing.
